Built in Bangladesh, for the DSE

The Dhaka Stock Exchange, made legible.

StockWatch takes the exchange's raw daily feeds and turns them into something you can actually use — live prices, portfolios that reconcile, research per company, and alerts that reach you before the move is old news.

Why we built it

Most retail investors here assemble the market by hand — a broker terminal for prices, a screenshot in a Facebook group for the rest, and a spreadsheet that is out of date by lunchtime. The exchange publishes the numbers, but not in a form you can search, keep, or compare with last month.

StockWatch sits in that gap. It reads the same public DSE data every day, keeps the history, and hands it back as a board you can rank, a portfolio that reconciles to the last taka, and an alert that finds you instead of the other way round.

It is a research and tracking tool, not a broker. Nothing here places a trade — use it beside your existing broker or BO account to decide what you want to do, and why.

What we hold to

  • Honest numbers

A flat stock is shown as flat, never coloured into a gain. Where the exchange gives us nothing, we say so instead of guessing.

  • Your data stays yours

Portfolios, watchlists and alerts are tied to your account, never shared and never sold. Full stop.

  • Free where it matters

Live prices, research, watchlists and portfolio tracking are free. The essentials stay that way.

  • Information, not advice

StockWatch never places a trade and never tells you to. It hands you the numbers; the decision stays yours.

What's inside

Everything the market gives us, in one place

Tap any card to open it. The market pages need no account; the ones marked “Sign in” bring you straight back here after.

How it works

From the exchange to your screen

Nothing here is typed in by hand. Every number on the site travels the same four steps.

01

Collect

Prices, indices, turnover, block trades and company fundamentals are pulled from the Dhaka Stock Exchange through the trading day.

02

Normalize & keep

Everything is cleaned into one consistent shape and stored as history — so today can be compared with any day before it.

03

Score overnight

Each night the full board is re-scored on seven pillars — momentum, trend, value, quality, income, liquidity and volatility — and swept for breakouts.

04

Reach you

A page you have open moves on its own as the market does, and an alert leaves for your phone the moment your target is crossed.

Wherever you check the market

The same StockWatch on every screen you own — quick on a desktop, at home on a phone, and built to stay usable on the connection you actually have.

Say hello

A bug, a missing metric, or a feature you keep wishing were here — send it over. Feedback from people who trade the DSE every day is what decides what gets built next.

StockWatch is built and run by a very small team, on our own time. If it saves you some of yours, a keeps the servers on.
